Renowned local non-profit organization looks to refresh marketing tools
Washington, DC, April 18, 2017—David Franek, president and chief creative officer of The Design Channel (TDC) announced today that the United Way of the National Capital Area (UWNCA) has re-enlisted TDC to update the look and feel of several important outreach pieces. Last year, TDC created a new brand look and feel for UWNCA’s “Do More 360” campaign.
“It’s always a pleasure to be involved in UWNCA’s marketing communication efforts to help bring positive change to our communities,” said Franek. “UWNCA is committed to improving financial stability, school graduation rates, and the overall health of individuals who are in need, and we’re ready to provide our support.”
For this assignment, TDC will bring UWNCA’s marketing brochure, impact reports, and various collateral pieces into compliance with United Way Worldwide’s new branding platform for messaging and imaging. This approach will incorporate the brand’s “fight/win” credo and unique photographic contrast presentation, and the assignment will continue through the summer of 2018.
