The Hill School of Middleburg, Virginia is an independent Pre-K to 8th grade school that has long been admired as an institution that nurtures young individuals to become active learners, engaged leaders, and community-minded citizens. With its 100th anniversary approaching, Hill enlisted The Design Channel to develop branded materials that could leverage this milestone in a campaign to attract investments in the school’s programs and innovations from families and alumni.
Following a series of focus groups among Hill leadership and staff, students, and parents to gain a thorough understanding of the school’s strengths, opportunities, and goals, TDC developed assets that would serve as the foundation for this campaign. These included a Hill Centennial logo, a focused brand look-and-feel, a look book outlining the campaigns focus areas, and a message platform articulating key qualities and differentiators of the school, and other assets.
