Regional TV campaign for Patient First earns Silver Award
Washington, DC, June 15, 2020—David Franek, president and chief creative officer of The Design Channel (TDC), announced today that the firm was a Silver Winner at the 41st Telly Awards for its recent Patient First TV campaign. The two “Patient First Values” TV spots earned the award in the Telly’s Regional TV Campaign/Campaign Branding category.
“We’re truly honored to receive this award,” said Franek. “It’s a fitting tribute to the many months of work that our creative and account teams put into concepting, planning, coordinating, and producing these spots. Patient First was ready for this messaging direction and credit goes to them for embracing it.”
The spots, entitled “Remember” and “How Much We Care” focused on the high-level values that drive Patient First urgent care. Instead of presenting viewers with facility features and service listings—as seen in many other urgent care providers’ messaging—the two spots spoke simply and warmly about how “people forget what you say or do but remember how you make them feel,” and “nobody cares what you know until they know how much you care.”
The spots were produced in 30-second, 15-second, and 6-second versions and are currently running throughout the Mid-Atlantic in markets served by Patient First. The Design Channel has also received Bronze Telly Awards for Patient First TV spots produced in 2014 and 2009.
