American College of Emergency Physicians enlists TDC for focus group sessions at conference
Washington, DC, March 17, 2022—TDC President and Chief Creative Officer David Franek announced today that the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) has hired TDC to develop discussion guides and conduct focus groups at the Council of Residency Directors in Emergency Medicine (CORE) Academic Assembly March 27–30, 2022, in San Diego to gain insights into perceptions around its PEER board certification test prep products.
In 2021, TDC had implemented an initial phase of interviews and focus groups among ACEP’s key audiences to inform the establishment of a branding platform, also developed by TDC, for ACEP’s newest iteration of PEER. “We’re delighted that ACEP is looking to re-engage with us,” said Franek. “The CORE event is an ideal opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of program directors’ views of both the PEER product and the PEER branding and marketing campaign TDC created.”
At the CORE Academic Assembly, TDC will conduct a series of five focus groups among Emergency Medicine residency program director and current resident attendees. The information gathered will be evaluated by TDC and synthesized into a report that will provide direction for steps ACEP can take to enhance its future PEER marketing strategies.
