American College of Radiology continues marketing and branding relationship for signature event
Washington, DC, December 3, 2015—It was announced today by David Franek, president and chief creative officer of The Design Channel, that the American College of Radiology (ACR) will be renewing its collaboration with the agency to attract and grow attendance for ACR 2016, the association’s second annual conference. The event will run from May 15–19, 2016 in Washington, D.C., at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel.
The Design Channel had previously designed the brand identity, tagline (“The Crossroads of Radiology”), and a wide range of communications assets for ACR’s inaugural 2015 meeting. Franek said, “We’re excited to build on the foundation we created for ACR 2015. ACR is the premier organization for advocacy and thought leadership in the radiology field, and we look forward to continuing to build interest and anticipation for next year’s event.”
TDC will create a series of promotional print ads, display banners, and various attendee materials for ACR 2016. The event will offer radiologists opportunities to learn about critical issues and leading-edge developments in clinical research, health policy, quality and safety, informatics, and other areas associated with medical imaging. Attendees will also be able to earn continuing education credits and have the opportunity to meet members of Congress to discuss issues impacting the future of radiology.
