Arlington Convention and Visitors Service (ACVS) promotes the easy, direct access that Arlington, Virginia provides to D.C. attractions and monuments—as well as its own unique points of interest, entertainment spots, and nightlife—to tourists and business travelers.
To help ACVS further expand tourism and economic development in the area, we conducted staff interviews and research in destination marketing. These provided insights and perspectives that informed our brand positioning (“National History. Local Flavor.”), as well as a new identity, and branding guidelines for ACVS communications that include a website, advertising, direct mail, email, and various collateral materials.
