Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) and its subsidiary Kids With Food Allergies (KFA) are leading voices and advocates for people suffering from asthma and allergies. Recently they recognized that their brand platforms and website properties were notably outdated and becoming increasingly outshined by other asthma and allergy organization brands. As a result, they enlisted TDC to help revitalize their brands and increase the functionality and appeal of their websites.
We conducted a comprehensive brand discovery and website evaluation process to better understand AAFA’s and KFA’s brand challenges and stakeholder perceptions. In addition, we conducted an audit of virtually all of their branded communications materials, as well as an SEO audit of both websites. Our work resulted in dramatically improved visual presentations, user experiences, and accessibility for both sites, as well as a new messaging platform and fresh brand identity for KFA.
